Welcome! I'm Kimberly Moffit, a relationship and couples counsellor here in Toronto. I started KMA Therapy in 2008 so that clients like you can embark on your own individual therapeutic journey. Therapy is a place where we learn and grow, make new decisions, and get sometimes pushed out of our comfort zones.

Fill out this form and we will get in touch to schedule your 30-minute intake session with one of our friendly intake therapists.

The intake session

We’ll get to know each other a little better and ask you a lot of questions, to determine who is the best fit in our practice to look after your individual needs and goals.

Ongoing sessions

Some of our clients find that a few sessions are helpful, but the vast majority of our clients attend weekly sessions on a long-term basis.
